If humor is one of the highest forms of intelligence, then clearly these street artists are brilliant. I hope you are as bowled over as I was by these creative minds.
Unfortunately, I do not have the original source to properly credit the photographers or the curator of this delightful collection of images, but here’s a big shout out to Hensley Peterson for forwarding this piece to me via email. If anybody knows the original source, please let me know.
Imagination lives!
Those are awesome! My favorite is probably the toddler graffiti artists. But they all made me smile. Thanks!
Aren’t these great? I can see why the toddler graffiti artists is you favorite after reading your comment on Britton’s FB post about finger paints on the kitchen wall.
Smiles all the way through . . . but the last of the lot had me doing a virtual double take.
Aren’t these fun and clever? Glad you enjoyed them as well.
Imagination and humor at it’s BEST! I did like the kids abstract as well! Start them young and let them grow into that imagination…but, hopefully NOT writting on your living room wall!
Glad you enjoyed this as much as I did. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.
Great stuff! I’m betting I can still draw a hopscotch layout! Talent comes in all forms–ain’t it wonderful! HF
Makes you want to break out the ol’ chalk, huh?
Not really. I stick with my kind of talent and leave other types of talent to other folks. My drawing skills consist of stick figures. However, a chalk drawing using a real stick as the body might be creative. Hmmm, maybe I have that talent, too! HF
These are great! Love it! Of course, I think we need more humor in the world!
I bet you could come up with some great stuff!, Cindy!
Awesome! Great collection of photographs on street art. Each one of them is so amazing. Thanks for sharing these pictures with us Becky.
You are welcome, Arindam. I’m grateful to my friend who originally emailed me these images. They deserve to be shared with more people.
Brilliant and clever. I love these photos! They certainly do a lot to beautify the locales they’re in. I salute whoever the photographers are for capturing such whimsey.
Don’t these add some wonderful character and sizzle to each area? I can think of numerous places around our town that would be improved with such magic.
I love the art. It has given me so many ideas. Thanks
Tom C
I’m trying to guess which images inspired you the most. I have a couple guesses, but would love to hear from you.
These are amazing! I was blown away by the one of the tiger — such talent. Makes me want to run around my neighborhood with chalk and see what I could create.
Yes, the tiger was crazy great. Is your neighborhood all colorful now too?
I WISH WE AMERICANS HAD A SENSE OF HUMOUR LIKE THE EUROPEANS.
Agreed. Although I do know many Americans whose humor bowls me over. Glad you enjoyed the images.
